the only universiies you know and ever have herd of, are english universities, or from USA, same thing to me, never even heard of anything else, witch gives a lot of information about the education you recived in such places, like common knowleage, geografy and anything related to the non english speaking world,
and i will argue that british common law is a disgrace of law,
it is all ambiguous so called “ACTS” that can be interpreted however one chooses depending of the convinience of the situation, normaly benefiting the Lords and Landlords who can pay most for barristers, nothing to do with the carta magna as it was intended back in the 1200s made in temple,
temple in london nowe just serves to legalice the scams the goberment and ritch people do, trust me i have proff…

Its normal that retirement plan become as 7-10% off from your salary! Cause its social tax tariff.
But what i want to say that salary suppose be not only for WG also for ASR DAO folks i was put in proposal Retirement Plan as NFT for every one in DAO i think its gonna be healthy for DAO cause if DAO will be wealthy we can stake more and support?
How usual pension fund work?
% off from your salary going to institution traders so till your working time traders making up your fund up to time got retire. Why we dont do same here for us?

idk about your country, but its law in australia that your employer pays 10% into your retirement fund (superannuation) when you can claim once you hit 67 years old.
