Jupuary accounted for most of the increase in community circulating, it includes the yet to be distributed carrots and good cat portions as well.
As for team circulating, as highlighted in the audit, the team tokens that are cliffed are considered fully circulating even though they are continued to be locked voluntarily by the team members. That accounts for most of the increase currently.

This doesn’t mention about the incoming unlocks of 53M JUP every month from 01 March 2025, and 200M JUP unlocking on 27 March 2025, as per Binance. The monthly is my concern because it seems quite a lot as compared to the circulating supply.
Could you please elaborate on what these JUPs are used for and why are we releasing so much on a monthly basis? I couldn’t find any comms around this.
