I was actually asking if this is in addition to the LFG launchpad rewards for stakers. I mean like what happened for $CLOUD.
I agree with you that if that 1% is set for a presale advantage, we need to have something set for the LFG launchpad that goes directly to $JUP stakers.
Thank you for this opinion, you basically said what I wanted to say but I couldn’t write it better than you. I hope the team and community listen to this and not just follow the hype created by the KOLs and those who farm HUMA!
The locks are the silly part. Locked JUP Locked Huma post TGE. It doesn’t curb Jeets it makes it off putting for about 50% of potential investors. Many people take this as a sign that they are being made bag holders or are going to get dumped on. I however don’t care but am just voicing the concerns of others I’ve spoken with. Other than that I’m bullish AF and can’t wait. LFPay-Fi!
This is a great prospect, easy yes for me. A community partnership that will create more alignment and opportunities to every parts involved. Jup is home.
How is the $HUMA presale allocation for $JUP stakers being determined?
Is it pro-rata based on staking amount and duration?
Will there be a cap per wallet to prevent whales from absorbing all allocation?
Is there a minimum threshold to participate, and will smaller stakers be protected?
Why is the Fully Diluted Valuation (FDV) set at $75M for the presale?
Based on current market conditions, this valuation seems optimistic, if not aggressive.
What is the justification for this pricing?
Has there been any third-party due diligence to benchmark this valuation?
What is the real value for JUP DAO in this token swap?
We’re exchanging $250K worth of $JUP for $250K worth of $HUMA — but what mechanisms exist to ensure HUMA’s value doesn’t plummet post-TGE?
Is there any vesting or anti-dump protection for the HUMA tokens JUP receives?
What happens if the HUMA project underperforms?
Are there any performance-based clawbacks or contingency terms?
Will JUP DAO have any say in HUMA governance as a result of this deal?
Interesting but in exchange of everything all we have to get back in returns is having access to 1% presale that will still be locked for absolutely three months. We need a working group that will be looking into the benefits of what offers new project is offering a well standard and established community is web3 and solana network, clear date of launch, tokenisation graph is needed, do we have any benefit or any compensation plan in place if token Lockup dump massive beyond presale price because while we have to lock for 3 months as a Jupiter community, Airdrop hunters, investors and their community will have to sell anytime they like, did we have any metric to protect Jupiter community investors because dramas in the last few months cause us a lot as a community. The proposal seems we’re raising funds for Huma Finance to launch their tokens why they have any rights to sell anytime but we have to wait for three months to have access to our own capital.
Teams need to take a clear look into this proposal. They are new project and we can never allow to be used and dump like the experience in LFG 1.
Love the collab. Huma Finance is getting great traction all over the place. This is exactly how a tge should be executed. I think they are also comitted to the JUP way which is great for the whole ecosystem. Keep on going SOL
The 1:1 token swap is a deal breaker. HUMA != JUP.
I will admit I haven’t done a deep dive but as far as their business model goes, they just appear to be another middle man taking a cut. The point of crypto for me is peer-to-peer transactions that eliminates the need for middlemen.
Huma seems to be getting more upside in the short-term while JUP DAO takes more the risk long-term. Makes me wonder if the terms would be the same if one of the co-founders wasn’t an IRL close friend of Meow’s.
Thank you for putting forward this proposal and for considering Jupiter as a launch partner. The focus on long-term alignment and community-first thinking is appreciated.
That said, there are a few areas that would benefit from further clarification. The proposed 1% token allocation for JUP stakers, while directionally positive, feels relatively limited especially given the $75M FDV and 3-month lockup. It would be helpful to understand what mechanisms are in place to ensure this presale meaningfully rewards JUP stakers and doesn’t simply serve as early illiquid exposure. The DAO-to-DAO swap values JUP a liquid, proven asset equally with an early-stage token, without offering much downside protection or rationale for the valuation.
Additionally, while the community activation section encourages engagement, it currently reads more like a request for free labor than a mutually incentivized initiative. Can you share more detail around any incentive structures for those contributors?
Finally, what does long-term alignment look like beyond the launch? Will there be ongoing integrations, liquidity incentives, or joint governance initiatives that sustain the partnership? Clarifying these points could help build stronger support for what could be a meaningful collaboration.
Also, why are we voting on who the first launchpad project will be before we have had a chance to define the terms for the new launchpad?
The old launchpad had terms that were standard and the benefits to both the DAO and stakers was clear.
Under this proposal, what fees are being paid for using the launchpad platform? For the captive audience? For the extra marketing?
I feel like this vote is going to be based on whether people like the Huma project, not based on whether this is the best way to set up the new launchpad.
I will vote positive but I will reflect before participating in the pre-sale since we have a 3-month block. Usually the tokens fall a lot after the TGE. I see this in 99% of the tokens. The exceptions are rare.
The larger the stake, the larger the presale-allocation
I think this needs to be corrected again, in my opinion
allocation depends on how much is staked, how long is staked, voting activity and snapshot period.
As a Jup staker I care about people who have a small size but are very active in voting and have been with jup from the beginning… this avoids whales entering at the moment recently after hearing the Huma allocation for jup staker.
