Option 1 and 2 are great for users. In the long term the second looks better.
I’m voting for Optin 1.
I feel there should be additional rewards for those who have supported since the beginning. My recommendation is that there should be an added percentage to the JUP distributed based on how early you voted. Example if you voted on the first vote. You get an additional 1% from the unclaimed JUP, as you get to more recent votes the percentage decreases. I feel since these are unclaimed JUP why not incentivize the loyal and early supporters.

I think it is amazing that we as a DAO even get to decide this. I hope everyone appreciates that fact alone as much as I do - it’s a BIG deal!
I’m sure folks know which option I am in favor of () but it’s great to see a lot of thoughtful discussion and deliberation happening in the comments. The decision might seem very straightforward or obvious to some, whichever option people are in favor of, but it is always helpful and important to hear from those who have differing views. That’s how we move forward and hopefully upward - together, after careful thought and deliberation. Decisions of such magnitude should NEVER be taken lightly.
At the end of the day, the DAO will decide what is “best,” and I hope WE make the “right” decision.

ASR continuation by far the best option, keeps engage on a semi-regular basis, rewards those who are active and involved, these tokens where always intended for ASR distribution, should remain that way
just my take, burning rarely has the desired effect most want, so usually more hype than substance, some may expect a price increase, but it can take a period of time to have an effect especially as these tokens arent in circulation

Not only just this align with CAT principals, but the compounding effect of ASR would ensure JUP is in the hands of the right people

I’m personally inclined to vote on option #1 which is to extend ASR for another year which would further continue the vibrant discussions and voting to determine the direction of the broader Jupiverse.
I also wanted to take the time to consider option #3 to return the excess tokens to the community multi-sig because it might be used for community events such as Jup meet ups, marketing push, merch, partnerships and any number of things.
Ultimately, rewarding good PPP behavior and promoting this cohesive machine that is Jupiter DAO is critical to maintaining alignment as well as fueling community participation and empowering innovation from the talent pool among the Catdets.
