Yeah I agree 2-3 k each for a relatively large team and I’d vote yes.
Up to you guys if you wish to tweak it

Count on my vote for the amazing work you do. What you are asking here for the work you do is fair compared to what others are already earning. So you are deserving of this pay package you are requesting. Good luck to @adedamolajoke and team. You’ve earned this through patience, hard work and consistency!
It would seem best that the team take responsibilities of all such marketing as they would have the tools to better manage that and could share resources!
The team can contract for such services with clear deliverables. A team member - lets call him Head of Marketing or Business Development - can ensure that such deliverables are met before paying out. We ought to have such services internally at this stage of the project!
Hey man! Thanks for your feedback. We’ve revised our budget breakdown to make it clearer.
Have you seen it?
I support DAWG now, as I supported them during the grant process.
Those grants were definitely money well spent. They do great work and I’ve grown my own skills by attending their design bootcamp. Very excited to see the results of the full team in the next few months.
Got my support!
Adeda I hope you dont take any criticism in a bad way, FYI I am more than open and welcome to be proven wrong. Good Luck BTW!
Love that the only ones enrich themselves are the work groups ahahaha!! At least you guys found a way to extract from @meow . I will be voting NO going forward on all these nonsensical votes about budgeting this and budgeting that. Ridiculous DAO
Some excellent work done here, establishing recognizable ‘brands’ for Jupiter. It’s also valuable training others via Boot camps, for more diverse talent (longer term). My only concern is how this would become a ‘permanent’ work group (if indeed, others are trained via a Boot camp) as companies may choose to outsource work to contractors (say, Boot camp stars in the making) whereas having a ‘permanent’ WG may act as a barrier to entry as the established group then covet the work opportunities. Once a brand is established, it might be fairer to open it up to contractors. However, I am open to persuasion as we see if long-term value is critical even after the ‘brands’ are fully settled and moulded (is there a model for 3 permanent staff with this)? Long term? Let’s see. Will vote yes for the trail WG, see how it goes. Some great stuff so far.
The DAO needs to be able to hire people to do work, or we will not be able to function as a DAO. I could not disagree more with this statement.
hey, great designs.
can I ask what software you are using. for 3 months it seems a bit high.
and any more details on the contractor aspect?
the stop gap is new, and a good idea. but probably better off bring approx $3750x 3, and the subscriptions just being budgeted for 4 months
Pretty tough budget request.
Just for comparison, even in countries with pretty high living expenses and extremely high taxes (Germany) this Job is paid with 2k€/2,1k$ gross per month equaling roughly 1,3k€/1,4K$ net. Full time of course.
Next is the quality of some of the assets / designs. I just copy-paste a link to showcase what I mean:
Also some “problems” seem to be made up in my opinion.
This one for example:
I heavily disagree. It was smooth, straight forward and intuitive from the beginning.
And last but not least your main Goal:
Yes it is a challenge, but I can’t see how you tackle it.
The Stickers and Catstanbul designs do not match the other Jupiter designs or jup.eco templates.
The Mascots are horrible Mega-Man-Cats but nothing Jupiverse like. (My opinion.)
Where is the consistency? (Beside all showing Cats)
Until now I thought every Team was doing their own Logos / Designs so I didn’t look for too much consistency, but with this Design Lab involvement in mind I question myself: What consistency are they talking about?
Just my 5 cent.
Cheers!
Team of exceptional creativity, dedication and design excellence! LFG DAWG:fire:
I really appreciate your kind words and support, Konstantinos!
Hi Rico! Thanks for reviewing our proposal and providing feedback.
We should have outlined this more clearly. Our three-month budget is $54,000, with an average monthly compensation of $3,750. Since DAO processes can sometimes be slow, we’ve included an additional $15,000 to cover an extra month in case our full working group vote is delayed.
I hope this clarifies things!
Thanks so much for your support and kind words, Mbolorman. I’m glad we can count on you!
Thank you so much for your support rustymilk! We are so happy to hear that!
