Wish I had read this post first before the latest one [Proposal: Utilize Excess Jupuary Tokens for ASR [DRAFT]](https://discuss.jup.ag/t/proposal-utilize-excess-jupuary-tokens-for-asr-draft/22734)

I had the same thought about additional vesting for these tokens.
