Sentiment

For me personally this is an easy yes, the Jupiverse wouldn’t be the same without the CAWG.

They’re a breath of fresh air in an intense environment.

They have also taken major steps to improve and iterate, and to me this is one of the most important things about working groups and working group members. Willingness to hear feedback, iterative on it using own judgment and improve.

Also creating systems to support community engagement sets us apart from other web3 communities.

Feedback

The proposal is very long, thought it’s a draft so I guess that this is to receive a wide scope of feedback.

“experiment aggressively with creating sustainable loops of economic activity (centered around JUP) in the Jupiverse” sounds exciting, will that come from Cat Treats? Hopefully won’t be coming from your JUP allocations?

the economic activity part is also to guide community members to create startups to generate their own revenue that can bring more utility and revenue for $JUP, one form of this idea would be a merch store where catdets can buy stuff, a very early idea but something we want to build on this year for sure!

This part is super exciting to me, can’t wait to see the Jupiverse using JUP as a community currency to transact in more and more real world use cases and to further foster alignment.

Hello fam.

I am super excited about this vote and its outcome. I know first hand, the Catdets WG have a direct impact in the growth of the Jupiverse.

Here are a few items I would like to see under this WG umbrella.

  • While I agree, there is a great value associated with IRL and regional events. I believe there should be a more structure and greater focus in the Jup Regional X pages. I see the value of having the Cat WG having oversight of these groups under the regionals initiative.
  • Also, since Soju is currently committed with where he is needed atm. It would be nice if the micro-grants for IRL, are also included under the same regional events. It creates a structure, a more uniform process, and full transparency.
  • Lastly, I am happy and proud of @Opacks to finally join the CatWG. I personally believe was long overdue.

I am looking forward for this vote because this CWG, are the backbone of the Jupiverse

Honestly, I don’t have to think about this vote.

You already know that I appreciate the CAWG members very much. They have helped and supported me at every PPP HOUR meeting, sharing both my Twitter posts and those of other contributors, driving the expansion of Jupiverse and motivating each contributor to continue growing.

Could I leave an analysis of the time I’ve been learning and growing my Twitter account (95% focused on Jupiter), and you’ll see the exponential growth of my account thanks to all the members of Jupiverse and, in turn, the CAWG team.

For me, it’s: YES.
