They leap, play, and roam freely, stirring up massive storms that merge into a perfect cosmic chaos.
But there’s more—Jupiter is the largest planet in the solar system and symbolizes growth, expansion, and abundance in astrology. Inside the app, this translates into endless opportunities and limitless greatness.
Inspired by this cosmic energy, I’ve crafted a one-of-a-kind vision—a design worthy of Jupiter Mobile’s mystical legacy. Maybe now you can see it too…

A Lone Samurai in the Cosmos – Jupiter Mobile v2 Theme Entry
Drifting between time and space, a lone samurai stands on the edge of Jupiter, bathed in the neon glow of the unknown. A fusion of tradition and the future, this theme brings a cinematic, anime-inspired vision to Jupiter Mobile v2. The dark atmosphere, accented by luminous green highlights, embodies the spirit of exploration, resilience, and the vast possibilities that lie ahead.

Excited to share my submission for the Jupiter Mobile V2’s theme design contest!
I’m not a UI/UX designer, but I created this manually using AI software with a passion for design and innovation.
Check out the concept, hope you like it!
This time, I’ve taken a different approach, OUR CAT isn’t the main focus in this design, except for a small button. 
My goal is to make this more appealing to new institutional and retail investors who are not yet in the space, focusing solely on investors and their experience.

With that theme in mind, we’ve redesigned the UI in the style of Japanese anime.
We’re not joking. We’re serious.

Exactly—a Japanese anime-style girl is going to save the world.
All we wanted was to turn Jupiter Mobile into a cute girl. That’s it.
Please consider it. We’re begging you.
(In Japan, we tend to turn everything into girls. Even horses end up anthropomorphized as anime girls. We truly love this kind of thing.)

That was the first thought I had when I saw the Contest Announcement!
My goal was to create a vibe where every time we open Jupiter Mobile, it feels like coming home.
Backsplash: A cozy home scene with cats embracing each other feeling safe, warm, and exactly where they belong. It’s a visual representation of a warm welcome, making us feel instantly at home.
Portfolio: A cat gazing at a fireplace, symbolizing warmth, comfort, and a central gathering place just like the portfolio as the heart of Jupiter Mobile, where all our assets come together.
Browser: A simple yet familiar sight of a cat on its phone in its cozy home, embodying the seamless and comforting experience of browsing on Jupiter Mobile.

Design Concept
“What if DeFi felt like a game?”
This design is inspired by the idea of “a cat exploring Jupiter”—transforming Jupiter Mobile v2 into what feels like the beginning of a nostalgic adventure game.
The player is a cat astronaut aiming to reach the mysterious planet “Jupiter.”
Every DeFi action becomes a part of the journey through the stars.
Jupiter Mobile is no longer just a wallet—it’s an adventure.
Each function in the app—portfolio tracking, swaps, browsing—is reframed as a journey through space, inviting the user to feel like a player rather than just a DeFi user.
Why we chose a game-like look (and the benefits)
- Emotional immersion: The sense of “starting a quest” turns asset management into a playful adventure
- Visual clarity: Pixel art and retro interface patterns naturally create intuitive UX
- Friendly onboarding: Even DeFi newcomers feel welcome by entering a “game,” not a financial dashboard
- Distinctive identity: It sets Jupiter apart from sterile finance apps and makes it instantly recognizable
This approach elevates Jupiter Mobile from a mere tool to a world you step into, making DeFi feel personal, playful, and purposeful.

This is my design, and here’s why:
I wanted to tell the story of Jupiter—not just as a product, but as a world. From a lonely explorer arriving on a quiet planet to a thriving city filled with life and magic. Each screen represents a different chapter of this journey.

Welcome to Jupiter – The Thriving Cat City
This screen symbolizes how Jupiter has grown from a lonely dream to a bustling reality. The cat, once an explorer, now stands before a glowing futuristic city filled with light and life—representing the success of Jupiter’s ecosystem and its expanding user base. It captures the sense of awe and progress as users enter a new world full of possibilities. -
Journey to the City – The Mission Begins
Here, the astronaut cat boards a UFO, en route to the cat city. This symbolizes the user’s personal journey—leaving solitude to explore and participate in a larger community. The cat’s mission is to bring back something valuable: it could be knowledge, rewards, or simply a sense of belonging. This step bridges the emotional transition from isolated discovery to communal experience. -
The Sacred Gateway – Discover DApps with Magic
This final scene is where the magic happens—literally. Through Jupiter’s “magic gate,” users gain access to various dApps and tools. It’s a blend of technology and fantasy, where the torchlight guides the user to new opportunities. The stone temple represents a trustworthy portal, and the glowing interface hints at the infinite experiences waiting to be unlocked.
Why green, and why not change the theme?
I shifted the palette more toward green to reflect growth, energy, and discovery—it visually supports the narrative of expansion and evolution. However, I kept the original theme style and character design consistent to maintain brand continuity and emotional familiarity for returning users.
