JM Jupiter fam,
Over the past few weeks, I have been reflecting deeply on the energy flowing into the ecosystemm, from IRL events to Jupiter Spaces, the Studio launch, Jup Mobile’s growth, and even the recent rise of social tokens through the platform.
We’re not just attracting users anymore, we are attracting talent.
Curious minds. Newcomers. Creators. People who want to learn and contribute, but who get lost after their first few days because they’re not sure how or where they fit in.
I have seen this firsthand, over and over, in Discord, at events, and in DMs:
“I love what Jupiter’s building. But where do I even start?”
“I’m not a dev. Is there room for me?”
“I want to help. But I don’t know how.”
And honestly, this question keeps hitting me
What if the next great contributor is already here but they stall out because we haven’t built the right path for them yet?
My Vision: Build a Contributor Pathway That Feels Human
This is not about creating a massive new structure.
It is about adding just enough intentionality to capture the people already leaning in, and helping them move forward with clarity.
My proposal is simple, but impactful:
A Light, Organic Talent Funnel,Starting Now
- IRL Events → Contributor Form
A simple, clean Google Form (or onboarding typeform) used at events and shared across spaces
Collect:
- Name / X handle
- Skillset or interests (design, writing, dev, community, etc.)
- Ask: “Would you like to join our contributor onboarding space on Discord?”
- Auto-Onboard → Discord
Those who say “yes” are invited into a #contributor-onboarding channel, a soft space to:
- Ask beginner questions
- Get quick orientation guides (trading, Studio, DAO, etc.)
- Find weekly community tips / creator tools
- See mini-quests or missions (led by WG mentors)
- WG Alignment → Real Collaboration
Let WGs organically engage:
- CAWG → mentorship, vibes, encouragement
- Uplink → content upskilling, copywriting, social storytelling
- JUP & Juice → podcasting, project voice, narrative building
- DRWG → tech education, Studio tutorials, API onboarding
- Design WG → visual storytelling and branding bootcamps
- Long-Term? This Builds Jupiter’s Human Infrastructure.
As governance is paused and Jupiter focuses on community growth, this funnel:
- Captures new energy from events and product launches
- Builds skill alignment directly into the ecosystem
- Prepares new contributors for long-term leadership and WG participation
- Helps contributors see the Jupiter brand not just as a trading tool, but a platform to grow inside.
I want to shout out @AnthonycomeSol and the @jupishome initiative, a beautiful reminder that our people are the product. That effort to spotlight stories planted a seed in me:
What if we paired storytelling with skill-building?
What if we turned “I love Jup” into “I build with Jup”?
This is my vision. And I’m ready to help shape it, with humility, with consistency, and with full belief that this aligns with where Jupiter is going.
I don’t see this as a top-down program.
I see this as a community engine that grows alongside the Jupiverse.
Why I Think this Matters
Jupiter is becoming more than a DEX.
More than a launchpad.
More than a mobile app.
It is becoming a place where people develop, together.
To make that real, we need an intentional system for helping curious talent find a home.
Not everyone wants to speculate.
Some want to learn. Some want to build. Some just want to help.
Let’s make that easy. Let’s make that culture. Let’s make that Jupiter.
What I’m Offering
I’m not coming with demands, I’m coming with intention:
- I’ll help draft the forms
- Help coordinate the Discord setup
- Create mini-onboarding flows
- Co-host spaces or mini-sessions with interested WGs
- Most importantly, I’ll keep showing up, because this matters.
Let me know who I can speak with to get this started.
J.U.P is home, and I believe this is the right time we build the front porch.
With respect, curiosity, and readiness to serve,
Helder
