Peeling for carrots and details

:carrot: The distribution of “Carrots” by Jupiter Exchange has experienced delays, leading to community concerns and discussions. Here are some key points explaining the situation?

  1. Sybil/Appeals Process Still Ongoing
  • Some accounts flagged as bots or multiple-wallet abusers are still under review.
  • Jupiter needs to finalize these reviews to avoid rewarding ineligible wallets.
  1. Technical Integration Issues
  • Carrots are tied to multiple user behaviors (staking, voting, holding, etc.).
  • Accurately tracking and syncing this data across systems is taking time.
  • As per flipside there are 125k wallets diamond fisting their airdrop, its crucial to understand the importance of such users.

  1. Alignment with Other Reward Systems
  • Jupiter is trying to distribute Carrots alongside other programs like staking rewards or new governance tools.
  • Delays in one system are affecting the other.
  1. Unclear or Evolving Distribution Criteria
  • The specific rules for who gets Carrots and how much are still being refined.
  • Jupiter seems cautious about rushing the drop without transparency or fairness.
  1. Lack of Clear Communication
  • The community has received none to few official updates about Carrots.
  • This silence is adding to user frustration and speculation.
  1. Platform Development Priorities
  • Jupiter has been focused on launching or improving features (e.g. limit orders, token listings, mobile UX).
  • Carrots distribution appears lower on the priority list for now.

Since everyone knows that carrots distribution was part of jupuary and was supposed to be decided soon after catstanbul and its almost a quarter away and nearing next jupuary snapshot with no details out, strongly believe that lack of updates included sybil claims and good cats and since its now concluded we can expect it to be at finest and emphasizing the importance of carrots and its distribution.

So what’s the plan for next distribution

There’s currently no information regarding carrot :carrot: ,maybe soon

Are you dropping this base on internal information or base on assumptions ? Bcos time of carrot have never been communicated to community but they only stated it that carrot allocation will eventually happen in the future.

Neither? Just a cool stat

Carrot encompasses so many Sections, including:

  • BOT classifications
  • Buying and staking JUP
  • Topping up ASR
  • Using Jupiter Mobile

I suspect Carrot might eventually integrate with Jupiter Mobile, given it’s the only Jupiter product without a cut from the initial 500m JUP distribution.

Everyone got a cut – stakers, traders, ape-pros, builders, and community builders. Except Jupiter Mobile.

Sybil claims and GoodCats have finally concluded, signaling that the process is now under control rather than being pushed excessively. Entrusting distribution to those who have shown the greatest respect for the DAO is a strategic advantage. With a total allocation of 190 million, even at a per-user range of 50 to 200 JUP, there remains ample opportunity for mobile users and additional bonuses—acknowledging and valuing their participation.

The left over $jup will be around 145m or less according to Dune.

Let just wait for the team to roll out the full detail :green_heart:

what dune is showing is unclaimed jup.

700m jupuary
out of 500m → 160m was left unclaimed which will proceed as ASR
out of 200m → 10m was good cats
(from carrots) → 10m for sybil (assuming that wont be the case imo)

still roughly 180m in carrots is steady for future growth.

This was since last month, have you checked the queries recently?

not a huge difference so presumable it would be nearly 150m as u suggested but its unclaimed which going for ASR as initial jupuary vote indicated.

carrot was incentivizing and holding/ staking/ voting with sybil claims and good cats
which mei stated not everyone applying were eligible so yeah not a huge list guessing.
