I received ASR tokens with my Jup tokens that I staked on https://vote.jup.ag/. However, I had connected my Phantom Wallet, and when I switched to my Jup Wallet to receive my reward tokens, the reward balance showed as 0. I cannot receive the ASR tokens that appear in my Phantom wallet. Please help.

To claim your ASR kindly import your seed phrase or private into Jup mobile or use Jupiter extension to be able to claim.
Using Jupiter Extension for pc you can goto https://jup.ag/rewards/asr-q4
to claim.
Or Using Jupmobile
import and left click check banner below the left click and click it to claim your rewards.
Thats all.
Just use Jupiter.
My Phantom wallet is connected to https://vote.jup.ag/ and I can see the rewards I’ve earned, but when I switch to Jupiter wallet, no rewards appear.

I’m having the same issue. I’ve always used a Phantom wallet. I can see my rewards but I cant claim with Phantom. I created a Jupiter wallet per directions and when I connect this newly created Jupiter wallet to https://jup.ag/rewards/asr-q4 there’s no balance. Your directions above aren’t working for me. I’m doing this on a PC. Can you tell me the steps to import my Phantom wallet into my newly created Jupiter wallet so I can claim my rewards?

On Jupiter, check for add more wallet or import option
input your seed phrase and thats it, then connect the wallet to the claim site and claim.
does anyone know when the ASR rewards will be available for Phantom wallet? Is it 1 or 2 more weeks?
It doesn’t appear there’s a Import option on the jup.ag page once a new Jupiter wallet has been created without selecting the import option first? – my mistake - There is an option to connect other wallets but not import into a Jupiter wallet which is required to get ASR rewards, I’m attempting to do this on a PC. I have spent a considerable amount of time trying to locate an import option but there just doesn’t seem to be one available after a new Jupiter wallet has been created. Can you look at the web site jup.ag a little closer and see if it’s just me or the site needs attention? If I need to locate the import button by going through a few drop downs can you provide me with the path.

Here are the steps to import on your pc using jupiter extension wallet.
Open the jupiter wallet extension from your pc,
Click top left and select the wallet name,
The below you’d see “Add new wallet”
it will take you to a page and then you need to import your wallet using your seed phrase or private key,
thats all, after that you go to https://jup.ag/rewards/asr-q4 and claim.
