Great proposal in all its essence, and bullish on all the members of this working group.
To me, the Uplink WG is essential to the Jupiter DAO and our comms, so obviously this proposal has my full support and glad that they’re committing to participate in the Jupiverse in the long term.

This was put together very well. I’m probably a yes, but just a few questions:
-Are the JUP allocations equal across all 6 people?
-Breakdown of part-time vs full-time usdc salaries?
-Kash, are you receiving a JUP allocation?
-Breakdown of JUP & USDC set aside for Kash position that he won’t be receiving?

What Uplink is doing here is essentially creating a campaign in order to get new users to come over Jupiter while also educating them on how to use it, how to be safe while doing so, how it benefits everyone in the ecosystem, and all the while growing our community in a fundamental way that’s not widely used by others. So kudos to your team and keep up the great work while I’ll definitely be voting yes for this proposal. For Jupiter, baby!

Very talented group of members, it’s great to see an awesome team like this put together!
In order to be able to objectively obtain the JUP vest, some objective, challenging, achievable, and measurable targets must be set. The cliff schedule would be prorated based on the percent to target for those measures. Each measure should also be allocated a percentage of the total goal.
For example…

So based on the actual performance, in this sample scenario the team would receive 73% of the 2.15M $JUP, or 1.57M $JUP, over the same vesting schedule.
We need a north star to understand how well the team is performing and to be assured that the investment is getting the desired results. Also, being great content producers, the team should post regularly scheduled content that updates the JUP community on how the team is performing toward the targets.

Initially I felt the 2.15 million Jup was a little high. But doing the math between 6 and 4 year vest makes it a good incentive. Plus I understand it is to be used for satellites as well. I think it’s vital and aligns with the long term vision that Jup seems to want. I will be voting yes.
