The UpLink proposal holds merit and I’ve personally followed the journeys of members of the working group such as famouscloudzz and interacted with Kash danda. They bring authenticity and dedicated drive to grow the pie for Jup. Initially was surprised at the total amount of half a mil but the breakdown makes sense. It’s a yes from me.

After reviewing this proposal, I want to thank you for coming up with it and for all the valuable contributions you have made to Jupiter so far. The Planetary Call has been enjoyable, and the engagement statistics are impressive. However, I would like to learn more about the specific roles of each person involved in this proposal. Understanding how each team member contributes will provide better insight into the execution and accountability of the proposed plan.

I previously said I am voting yes and still am but do think so e form of metrics for success needs to be implemented so we can gauge the success. I think the vesting tokens should be able to be cancelled if the teams aren’t living up to the performance metrics.

I love the content creators and support the idea…but I do think, the proposed salaries are a little on the high side. 500k/year, most of which is going towards team compensation? 4k per month is more than double what i would assume is fair even for web3. My 2 cents.

I’m still not sure if the reddit front is worth investing in (is that WG still active?) I would rather see these kinds of efforts going into platforms where the people that needs to be onboarded are, say for instance instagram. Reddit is way too niche for most normies. Imagine the Uplink WG making the numbers they’ve made on twitter, youtube AND instagram

Yeah i agree, i wrote a similair response above.
Heres the thing, if we are gona expend that much DAO money, we better get what we paid for. I love the creators mentioned above, but they seem to be quick and easy edits “aka side hustles”. For 4k a month id least expect full time committment. Happy to be proven wrong.
