Again again and again …

People will hate me to speak up but i’m one of whose who will stay after the distribution phase and always give my feedback to improve or just my point of view.

DAO didn’t work for 2 reasons :

  • DAO is rugged due to the fact team has 5-10% (or more of the voting power)

(And by the way taking part of the ASR (who is community allocation, 50 / 50 ethos ?)

  • Team is the only one part who is creating vote and proposals.

Now

How to change it ?

→ Even if you have 1 jup or 1 000 000, your vote count for one. We can use the same system that we used for jupuary to avoid any bots, sybils, …

The ASR will be counted as it is today, no change on that.

→ Having some community members elected or pushed by the community to co-eleborate future proposals.

No need more, no need less, everyone happy.

I am not a fan of team participating in community’s allocation of ASR, if they want to add 50mil from their 50% then sure why not.

The best term was (pardon my french) :

Dao is tricked due to the fact team can influence the vote (with size)

Team has always been ultra generous with the community, the issue here is the decision influence
