Good idea. More so for just knowing what skill are proposed to add to the Jupiter ecosystem. The team is better positioned to know what is needed for improving the exchange. But it would give us all an idea what is proposed and if everyone could get behind it. At present I feel that the community did not really benefit from the airdrop if I am being honest. The only criteria was having large capital and not engagement. Rather sad to see as I think we could have grown the community 100x if it had been.

I agree. We all know that top employes at web3 earn a lot of money but we don’t have any idea who are these people and what they did before to deserve such high salary + big bonus

Totally agree, yes the staff need to be paid properly as great stuff is being shipped, but it’s only proper we know where the funds end up.
We basically know each other in the DAO, by names and PFPs, its not a bad idea to know would join the team, at least that way, there would be some form of trust that the 65 new employees are capable.

i tryed to get moving the regional working groups, traslation of app etc into diferent lenguages, they not interested in it,
and i am not going to work for free, and put all this time for them, when they give themselfs 5000 dolar per month wages for like making some MEMEs and a podcast that nobody sees,
so in my opinion the game they playing is rigged.
I have seen some people here putting tones of work, like months of work,
and nobody cared, since they are not part of the simp-army,
they are not english speackers, or the YES PEOPLE.
i remember like a year ago, they told me: english only in chat
and deleted any other lenguage,
had to rost them for linguistic fascism,
now ebglish is the way…

regional working groups is more than good enought…
translating the app and all documentation,
introducing like this more than half the world that is left out,
but I belive they only interested in the english speacking world,
since they the ones that have the most money, now that is what they are interested in, and not so much in the so called comunity as they say.
Regarding the final distribution of the 280 million JUP rewards, I’m not saying it must be approved by a community vote, but there must be transparent performance standards. If they fail to meet the targets or perform poorly, the DAO can reassess the reward criteria.

Its not just about having a great idea tho, it was stated clearly you could make reference to the C.A.R.E essay, or superteam bounties and find exactly what the dao needs.
Did you try going to the WG during the office hours, or hoping in during the J & J
